Susan Milner has lived in Cape Coral, Florida since 1994 when she moved to Cape Coral (from Indiana) with her parents Gary & Peggy Milner. Gary & Peggy were the first generation of Milners to work in this local real estate market. Susan opened Florida Future Realty in 2008 after having her license from 2004 and her broker's license in 2006. She was a top-producing agent out of the gate and hasn't slowed down since.
