Florida Future Realty, Inc. offers a very attractive commission plan to experienced real estate agents and great training for brand-new agents as well. Our agents work from Naples north through Pt Charlotte. Our primary board membership is with the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association. We are also a member of the Realtor® Association of Sarasota & Manatee.

Our office is located in SW Cape Coral, Florida with future expansion goals. Our current office includes a beautiful conference room, a co-working area, a call room, studio & dedicated desks for rent.
Compensation
Experienced Agent: You believe that hard work should pay off. We offer a very generous sliding scale commission plan of up to 95% based on your annual closed volume. This plan is great for agents who are eager to build their own real estate brand within our Florida Future Realty umbrella. Most tools, systems, training, and support are included in this plan. No monthly fees or minimum requirements.
We also offer a 100% plan. You pay for your systems, tools, and marketing and just want to work for a solid local company with great leadership and support. You won't find a more lucrative plan with incentives. Only $200/mo & $500 per transaction paid at closing. For the agent or team that needs minimal support.
New or newer? Or looking to leverage? You can also join a team with our brokerage and have 75% of your expenses and work taken care of for you so you can do what you do best: convert leads, show homes, and close deals! We are currently expanding and love adding new talent to the team. The team environment is great for a newer agent looking to learn while they begin earning commissions. Also, if you are looking to narrow your focus and have assistance to handle the parts of the transaction that don't interest you a team may be the perfect fit as you start to slow down and delegate. Having a proven system in place isn't easy but it's worth it. Let us show you what we mean!
