Ana Braica

After moving from Chicago, Daiana “Ana” Braica quickly fell in love with Cape Coral and the Southwest Florida lifestyle. Her interest in discovering local neighborhoods and uncovering hidden gems naturally led her to pursue her lifelong passion for real estate and property management.

Before entering real estate, Ana helped develop a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women-owned businesses. That experience strengthened her ability to build relationships, recognize opportunities, and advocate for the people she serves. As a member of Florida Future Realty and The Milner Team, she combines those skills with the experience and resources of a knowledgeable local team.

Ana understands that finding the right home can feel overwhelming. She is committed to earning her customers’ trust, providing support throughout the process, and ensuring their interests are represented at every step.

Outside of real estate, Ana enjoys DIY projects, home design, and imagining the possibilities within a promising property. As the daughter of a remodeling-business owner, she has always enjoyed seeing how homes can be transformed. She also loves boating and experiencing Cape Coral’s waterways, beaches, and beautiful views.
